Our Promises To You

Satisfaction Guarantee: If, in your opinion, any dance lesson is unsatisfactory, it will be granted free of charge if you inform the manager within 24 hours from when that lesson was taken.
Facility and Instruction: Celebrity Ballroom agrees to provide facilities for dance instruction, qualified dance instructors, and instruction in accordance with our teaching methods and dance curriculum. The studio does not guarantee the services of any particular instructor for all dance lessons.
Curriculum Integrity and Safety: Celebrity Ballroom is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our curriculum. Therefore, we reserve the right to intervene if we observe dancers engaging in movements or techniques not included in our approved curriculum. Additionally, we prioritize the safety of all participants and reserve the right to intervene if we perceive any actions as potentially unsafe. Please note that progress achieved at Celebrity Ballroom Dance Studios is subject to your physical abilities and your willingness to learn and follow guidance from our professionals and staff.
Likeness Usage: As a student of Celebrity Ballroom Dance Studios, you grant us approval to use your likeness in all studio-sponsored activities, including but not limited to photos, videos, and other forms of media.

Waiver & Acknowledgment of Risk

Acknowledgment of Risk: We care about your safety and we want you to understand that participation in ballroom dance activities comes with inherent risks which may result in injury including but not limited to: (1) slips, trips, and falls, (2) physical injuries, and (3) illness and/or exposure to infection with viruses or bacteria (i.e. COVID, Influenza and others). You should also understand that the preceding list is not inclusive of all possible risks associated with your participation and the list in no way limits the operation of this Agreement. You agree that you have full knowledge of the nature and extent of the risks inherent in Celebrity Ballroom programs and activities and that you voluntarily assume the risks. You certify that you are over 18 years of age, in good health, of sound mind, and that you have no conditions or impairments which would preclude your understanding of this Agreement and the safe participation in Celebrity Ballroom events and activities.
Waiver, Release, Indemnification & Covenant Not to Sue: In consideration of your participation in Celebrity Ballroom activities, you agree to release, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns, and HEREBY DO RELEASE, Agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Celebrity Ballroom, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives and insurers (“Released Parties”) from any causes of action, claims, or demands of any nature whatsoever including, but in no way limited to, claims of negligence, which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators and assigns may have, now or in the future, against Celebrity Ballroom on account of personal injury, property damage, death or accident of any kind, arising out of or in any way related to the use of Celebrity Ballroom facilities or participation in Celebrity Ballroom events and activities.
By signing this agreement (on your new student form), you give up your right to bring a court action to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy for any personal injury or property damage however caused arising out of your participation in ballroom dancing activities at our facility or any sponsored event, now or at any time in the future.

Cancellation Policy

Lesson Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify Celebrity Ballroom at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance via telephone call. Email or text message cancellations will not be accepted.
Package Cancellation Policy: You reserve the right to cancel a lesson package (other than a package purchased under an “End of Year Sale” or “Comp Club” pricing structure) that is not expired by providing notice in writing to both your teacher and the studio manager. Upon completion of our cancellation forms, a refund will be issued minus any applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellation Fees: If a new package is canceled within five (5) business days from the date of purchase, Celebrity Ballroom will refund all payments made under the agreement within thirty (30) days. After five (5) business days, remaining unused prepaid private and group lessons may be refunded, minus a thirty-five (35)% service fee, in up to three (3) equal monthly installments within one hundred (100) days. Miscellaneous purchases like show tickets, sponsorships and other items are non-refundable. Competition packages have separate cancellation policies outlined in their presentations.
Membership and Unlimited Package Policy: Memberships and any unlimited or monthly packages offered are non-refundable once the month has begun. However, they may be put on hold and extended if a student is absent for fifteen (15) or more consecutive days and notifies the studio prior to the absence.
No Refunds for Expired or Used Lessons: All private and group lessons will eventually expire and have no cash value, and refunds will not be provided. Lessons remaining on your account may be used for an additional twelve (12) months from the value expiration date, with Level 1 lessons expiring three (3) months after purchase, Level 2 lessons expiring six (6) months after purchase, and Level 3 and above lessons expiring twelve (12) months after purchase.
Transferability of Lessons: All unexpired paid lessons are transferable within the studio and may be utilized by any individual. Lessons may not be transferred to any other studio aside from Celebrity Ballroom Dance Studio.
Bonus Lesson Policy: Any bonus lessons provided by Celebrity Ballroom, including guest bonuses, free lessons, or prize winnings, are to be used after all purchased lessons have been utilized. These bonus lessons hold no cash value and are non-refundable. The allocation of bonus lessons is at the sole discretion of the Studio and may be revoked at any time.
Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for payment for the lessons that you take. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all credit and debit card transactions. This fee may be avoided by paying through approved alternative methods.

Code of Conduct

Respect: All students are expected to respect the studio’s and each other’s valuables, properties, equipment, and privacy while attending our studio.
No Rejection Policy: Our studio upholds a ‘no rejection policy’ to create a welcoming and supportive dance environment. We encourage all students, including couples, to accept dance invitations and enjoy the dance floor with others. Exceptions should only be made when there are health concerns.
Instructor Engagement: While our instructors strive to dance with everyone at social events, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every attendee, nor do we commit to a specific number of dances per individual.
Professional Environment: In order to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere within Celebrity Ballroom Dance Studio, we kindly ask that you refrain from engaging in personal relationships with our instructors outside the dance studio manager’s and/or owner’s knowledge and approval or to give or loan anything of value to studio personnel. This includes socializing outside of class, exchanging personal contact information, or pursuing romantic involvement with instructors. We believe this policy helps protect the privacy and integrity of both our instructors and students. Your cooperation in upholding this standard is greatly appreciated.
Commitment to Our Community: To protect and maintain a fair and respectful dance community at Celebrity Ballroom, you agree not to engage, directly or indirectly, in any activities that could lead to unfair competition, including but not limited to teaching dance lessons, providing similar services as Celebrity Ballroom, or soliciting students or instructors for other studios. We value the supportive environment we’ve created together and appreciate your cooperation in protecting it.
Right to Removal: We aim to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members of our dance community. Celebrity Ballroom Dance Studios reserves the right to ask any individual to leave our premises and to revoke their membership if their behavior is deemed contrary to the inclusive and respectful environment we aim to foster. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
